Real Estate Properties Group is solely-owned by JW Davis. Martin 'Bob' Metzger is our senior advisor. Mr Metzger is a former 40 year business owner and a SCORE Counselor with the Service Corps Of Retired Executives.

We also network and consult with one of the best Real Estate Companies in the Tampa Bay area of Florida, the Serralles Group of Tampa Heights near downtown Tampa. Eddie Serralles, President, leads this dynamic group of professionals in Real Estate, Mortgage lending and Construction.
